- Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 9am – 4:30pm
- Tuesdays, Thursdays: 9am – 7pm
- Every Other Saturday: 9am – 1pm*
- Sundays: Closed
*Effective September 2023, our Saturday hours are limited to only routine/non-sick visits. Any online check-ins attempting to be seen for illnesses/injuries will be contacted and referred out. We are sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding! To know what Saturdays we will be open/closed, please refer to our Facebook cover photo.
FAQs / Information on our Check-In System
– “Do I have to be in the parking lot to check in or do I have to wait at the facility?”
Nope! You can now check-in from anywhere and wait wherever is most comfortable until it gets closer to your pet’s turn.
– “How can I check in?”
You can check in through our website, through our Facebook page, by calling and speaking with one of our receptionists, or at the front desk.
– “When can I check in?”
All of our check in options start at 9am the same day and close when we are full.
– “Will I get updates on my place in line?”
Yes! We will message you when you have about 3-4 people ahead of you to let you know to start heading to our facility if you are not already.
– “Can I watch my place in line?”
You can only watch your place in line if you check in online and keep the screen open. If you want to know your place in line, you can call or text us for an update.
